2. Usage & Rights
2.1 Access and Use: By accessing or using the Services, the User agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions. The User may only use the Services for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
2.2 License: Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Owner grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal or internal business purposes.
2.3 Restrictions: The User shall not (a) modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Services; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Services; (c) remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from the Services; (d) use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services; (e) use the Services to infringe upon the rights of any third party; (f) use the Services to transmit spam, viruses, or other harmful or disruptive code; or (g) use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
2.4 User Content: The User retains ownership of any content or materials uploaded, submitted, or transmitted through the Services ("User Content"). However, by uploading, submitting, or transmitting User Content, the User grants the Owner a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the User Content in connection with the provision of the Services.
3. Ownership
3.1 Intellectual Property: The Services and all Content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the property of the Owner or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
3.2 Trademarks: All trademarks, service marks, and trade names used on or in connection with the Services are the property of their respective owners.
3.3 Feedback: The Owner welcomes feedback, comments, or suggestions regarding the Services ("Feedback"). By submitting Feedback to the Owner, the User grants the Owner a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the Feedback in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, without compensation to the User.
3.4 Reservation of Rights: Except for the limited rights expressly granted herein, no other rights are granted to the User. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the Owner.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Owner regarding the User's use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether oral or written.
